Punching Bag

A punching ball, also known as a speed bag, is a small, air-filled ball that is used in boxing training and workouts. Typically made of durable leather or synthetic materials, the surface of the ball is lined with elastic cords or laces that attach to a base or platform. The aim of the punching ball is to improve timing, speed, and accuracy.

The base or platform, which typically is made of steel or high-density plastic, is weighted down to prevent the bag from moving or toppling over during training. Some models allow for adjustable height, while others have a fixed height.
